Personal Training
Our Personal Training program begins with a comprehensive health and fitness assessment. Based on this analysis and your goals we develop a program that is tailored to your needs. We provide the guidance that is motivating, safe, effective and efficient and you provide the hard work.
Programs
Here at The Fitness Group, we have a variety of great programs to help you get into the shape you want to be in. With options ranging from personal training to indoor cycling to yoga, it's easy to find something that fits your preferences. Check them all out below!
Function for Life Training
As we age we find that the routine physical challenges of our lives become more difficult, interfering with the quality of our life. Our FFL program addresses those challenges by focusing on balance, flexibility, core strength, muscular and cardio-respiratory endurance.
Teen Team Training
Our TTT program focuses on preparing sports teams for their competitive season. All team programs are periodized and focus on sports specific strength and conditioning goals with the aim of reducing injuries and enhancing performance.
Small Group Training
Working with a partner or in a small group has many advantages. It can be motivating, enjoyable and cost effective. Our small group training program is designed to work with individuals of differing abilities in a fun but effective way.
Boot Camp
Our Boot Camp program is a challenging outdoor exercise program designed for all levels of fitness. It focuses on aerobic conditioning, agility, core strength and strength endurance.
Fitness Cycle
Fitness Cycle classes are a variety of Spinning classes. Some are Spinning alone, some are Spin along with Pilates, Yoga, and/or Abdominal exercises. Our small group spinning classes are taught by certified instructors, each with over 20 years Group Exercise experience. We have enhanced our regular Spin classes to now include Yoga, Pilates, Rhythm Cycle, and Ab exercises to keep the classes challenging, while maintaining a supportive environment for all levels of ability.
Indoor Cycling
Indoor cycling classes are not traditional Spin classes like those taught in most gyms and clubs. These classes really are Indoor Cycling classes, which are for people who want to develop the fitness and skills specific to road cycling. The classes will make people better, stronger cyclists, regardless of their current cycling level or ability.
Fitness Yoga
Through the physical yoga postures (asanas), the mental meditation and breathing techniques (dyana and pranayama) our Yoga program is designed to tone, strengthen and align the body and is the perfect compliment to our other programs here at TFG.
