Founded by Phil Morris in 1984, The Fitness Group has been providing leadership in personal health and fitness for over 20 years. We provide expert guidance in the field of fitness training, sports specific conditioning and injury rehabilitation.
Our philosophy here at the Fitness Group is that exercise can be an enjoyable, fulfilling and life affirming process. With many years of experience and expertise (all of our staff are degreed professionals) we can take our clients goals and turn them into the reality they desire.
Our 2,500 square foot studio is fully equipped with the latest cardio and strength training machines. In addition, we offer small group training, spin classes, boot camp, yoga and pilates.
